Context
TIAMS Consultants supported a tractor distributor whose operations were still largely managed manually. Sales and after-sales information was difficult to centralize and use.
The challenge
Replace scattered manual processes with one consistent solution for both the distributor’s teams and customers, while providing a global view of operations.
The solution
Design of an ecosystem comprising an Android field application, a web application and an administration panel. The solution brings essential operations into one environment.
My role
I led the needs analysis, proposal and solution design. I also directed a second developer who implemented selected features according to my guidance.
